Saturday 16 March 2019: There is a planned maintenance outage between 22:00 – 05:00.
We apologise for this interruption in service which is due to essential maintenance on the network.
If your Gateway appears locked afterwards please power-reset it by pressing the power button on the underside of the unit near the power lead, then wait about 30 seconds before pressing the button again.
The two left hand lights should then be illuminated indicating that normal service is available.
